As a consultant with over 15 years of project management experience, Akhaji’s core skills include financial and data analysis, market research, economic profiling, communications and regulatory/policy development issues. She is recognized for her knowledge of corporate financial management issues as well as business strategy and policy development in media industries.
Akhaji has worked with corporations and non-profits to develop strategic plans, conduct skills training and executive coach leadership teams. She is currently implementing data management and analysis for a US-based IT firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Survey for over 500 employees. Previously, she updated organizational procedures at municipal agency Heritage Toronto and directed the revision of the Ontario Interactive Digital Media Tax Credit (OIDMTC) for Ontario Creates. Prior to joining AZ Associates, she was Managing Consultant at Nordicity specializing in media finance.

Daimon is a digital marketer passionate about helping small and medium enterprises reach their full marketing potential and achieve their business goals. This has led to a career spanning almost ten years of experience in strategizing and executing multi-million dollar marketing campaigns for global brands such as Fairmont Hotels, Gildan and American Apparel.
Daimon has a Master’s degree in Small and Medium Enterprise Management from The Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, University of the West Indies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics Engineering also from the University of the West Indies. He also holds numerous certifications in social media management and digital analysis.
